Augmendev has introduced a Referrals Program that encourages you to recommend individuals you believe would be a valuable addition to our growing company. Whether they are friends, acquaintances, study buddies, or relatives, we welcome your referrals to help us maintain the incredible work environment we have established with the collective effort of every member of the Augmendev team.

How does the Referral Program work?

At BairesDev we are constantly seeking outstanding talent to join our teams. We are convinced that there is no better person, but you, who are already part of our amazing team, to recommend candidates.

If you have someone you’d like to submit as a candidate, upload their contact details or CV in the form below, or alternatively, you can send an email to info@augmendev.com

If we do hire the candidate, you will receive USD 500 if the person you referred is a man, or USD 700
if it’s a woman.

The requirements needed to get the reward are that the candidate is not currently participating in our recruiting process and stays in Augmendev for at least 3 months after being hired.
